At Farry – Powering Your Health, we ensure that all our products are delivered in the best condition. However, in rare cases, the following issues may occur:
- Product is damaged during transit
- Product has a manufacturing defect
- Wrong product is delivered
🔁 Return / Replacement Policy
We offer replacement or full refund only in the following cases:
- Damaged product received
- Defective product
- Wrong item delivered
👉 The request must be raised within 5 days of delivery.
❌ We do not accept returns for:
- Opened or used products
- Change of mind
- Improper handling by customer
📩 How to Request Return / Refund

- Invoice (if available)
⚠️ Note: Do not send any product without confirmation from our support team.
🚚 Pickup & Verification
- Once approved, product pickup will be arranged within 4–7 days
- Product must be returned with:
- Original packaging
- Seal intact
- Labels & barcode
❌ Products with broken seal, missing packaging, or damage due to misuse will not be accepted.
💰 Refund Policy
- Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days after product is received and verified
- You will receive a confirmation email once processed
Payment Mode:
- Online payment → Refund to original payment method
- COD orders → Bank transfer (customer must share bank details)
⏳ It may take 2–3 additional days for amount to reflect in your account
🔄 Replacement Policy
- Replacement will be shipped within 5–7 business days after approval
- Replacement is subject to stock availability
- If stock is unavailable → Full refund will be issued
❌ Cancellation Policy
- Orders once processed cannot be cancelled
- Cancellation is only possible before order dispatch

- Only unopened products are eligible for return
- Any damaged product must be reported immediately after delivery
- Improper packaging during return may lead to rejection
